About GIBC
The Goizueta Investment Banking Club (GIBC) is Emory's premier hub for aspiring bankers. Guided by our Director of Education, members receive intensive training in investment banking essentials, from interview preparation to technical acumen. Our mentorship program ensures every member benefits from individualized guidance during the rigorous IB recruitment process, as well as other areas of finance. Further enriching our community, Emory alumni actively return, sharing industry insights and fostering connections. With a blend of education, mentorship, and alumni engagement, GIBC is where Goizueta's tradition of excellence meets the future of banking.

Education
Each semester, new members will be navigated through a semester-long education program led by our Director of Education, Sean Walsh. Members will be navigated through the IB Recruitment Process: Interview Preparation, Professional Development, Industry Resources, Alumni Events, and Guest Speaker Series.

Mentorship
Each individual in the member class will be assigned a mentor to help them navigate the IB recruitment process. For those upperclassmen who have landed IB internships, this is an ideal opportunity to give back to the Goizueta community and share their insights.

Pipeline
Throughout the year, we will host a series of alumni events, inviting Emory graduates to share their experiences in Investment Banking, providing current members with real-world insights. In the weeks leading up to the banking trek in New York City, we facilitate networking events, ensuring members have a positive experience.
What We Do
Goizueta Finance Group
The Goizueta Investment Banking Club is a subsidiary under the Goizueta Finance Group. GFG is the umbrella organization that oversees all finance extracurricular activities at Goizueta Business School. They coordinate events with the business school administration to plan recruiting events, academies, and networking opportunities to the larger Goizueta community. GFG is currently led by Dylan Sun and Zachary Pearlstone: Co-Presidents of the organization.
